I'm Riia Carnegie, a hands-on consultant and coach, devoted to helping small businesses grow and thrive. My passion is supporting bold entrepreneurs to make a living from their dream ventures.

I founded Kaewa three years ago, to expand my impact in assisting other founders to succeed. I have a decade of experience within small businesses in hospitality, F&B, and the creative industries. Complementing this, I hold an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School. My personal goal is to continue exploring opportunities in innovation, and disruptive business models of the future.

How I got here,
empowering growth in small business
From a contemporary art gallery in London, a boutique, lakeside hotel in New Zealand, to coffee shops, and restaurants around the world; I have over a decade of experience in managing service-based businesses and acquiring the hands-on skills within each one.
I've been a baker, barista, and candle maker (yes, really!). I've hired, fired, rebranded, cut costs, fundraised, and achieved repeated record revenues for these companies. I've lived all these highs and lows of business, and I'm here to support you through yours.
